Data-protection enquiries: use the online support form and select Privacy question.
Your `.VCF` file, contact names and telephone numbers are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to N-WEB PLUS, stored on our server or shared with third parties. We therefore cannot access, correct or delete data that never leaves your device.
If you submit a support or business form, we receive the information you provide: name, email address, optional phone number, organisation, enquiry topic and message. Our hosting service may also record limited technical security logs such as IP address, browser type and access time.
We use enquiry data to answer requests, provide support, assess requested business services, prevent abuse and maintain security. The lawful bases are steps taken at your request before providing a service, performance of a service where applicable, and our legitimate interests in support, service improvement and security. We do not use ContactFix enquiry data for unrelated advertising.
Enquiry data may be available only to authorised N-WEB PLUS personnel and necessary hosting or email-service providers. N-WEB PLUS is located in The Gambia, outside the European Economic Area. Information submitted through our forms is therefore processed in The Gambia so we can respond. We minimise the data requested and do not transfer your contact file.
Ordinary support enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after resolution. Business enquiries may be retained longer where needed for a requested service, contract, accounting requirement or legal claim. Security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security schedule and only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Submit a request through the support form using Privacy question. We may need to verify your identity and will respond without undue delay, normally within one month. You may also complain to the data-protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
The ContactFix theme does not use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies. Essential WordPress or hosting technology may be used for security and operation. We do not perform profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
